How much is shipping?
All orders to the main metro areas of Canberra (ACT), Sydney (NSW), Melbourne (VIC), Brisbane (QLD), Adelaide (SA), Perth (WA) – Shipping is Flat rate of $45.00 +GST (Conditions Apply).

- Sydney (NSW) 2000 – 2234, 2556-2570, 2745-2751, 2754-2756, 2759-2770.
- Canberra (ACT) 2600 – 2609
- Melbourne (VIC) 3000 – 3207, 3335-3337, 3975-3977.
- Brisbane (QLD) 4000 – 4179, 4205-4208, 4300 – 4305, 4500-4502, 4504,4506.
- Adelaide (SA) 5000 – 5199, 5121-5131, 5158-5169, 5800-5960.
- Perth (WA) 6000 – 6170
If your post code does not fall into the above address you will require the freight to be calculated.
Shipping to remote areas and Northern Territory will require the freight charges to be calculated. Please fill in the contact us form or call us on 1300 766 003.
How long will I wait for my order?
Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for delivery.

Freight is shipped daily.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time Bollard Shop does not ship outside of Australia.
What happens if we miss the delivery?
The courier company will attempt to make the delivery once and if this can’t be achieved, the customer will be required to pick up the goods from the nearest depot.
All Freight Costs incurred by us plus 15% Re-stocking fee will apply for change of mind.
